四、激振系统the vibration system

1.减振弹簧与减振垫结合，保护设备。

the anti-vibration spring and the anti-vibration pad have vibration dumping effect，EPS生产线设计， which can protect the machine while it is working.

2.加装垂直定向机构，确保振台只在垂直方向振动。

This machine also adapts vertical orientation mechanism， which makes sure the vibration table only moves in the vertical direction.

3.加装注油孔，便于向振动箱内注入润滑油，同时，湖北EPS生产线，注油孔还可以将振动箱内的气体排出，进而保护振动箱。

The oil filler holes works as air-moving devices to protect the vibration case， to avoid any damage because of high temperature.

Meanwhile， by adding the lubricating oil into the oil filler holes， the machine can work smoothly in a longer operating life.

4.采用电机带动振动箱，启动速度快，激振频率高，激振力强。且易于检修维护。

The machine employs electrical motor to drive the vibration case. The motor has high starting speed with high vibration frequency and strong vibration force.

Otherwise， it’s very convenient and easy for maintenance.

5.可调摆臂同步，快速方便，确保模框升降平稳一致。两边结构不一样，一边固定，另一侧调节。

The adjustable swing arms is synchronous， and one-side arm is fixed， the-other-side one is adjustable

So that the mold case can move up and down smoothly and steadily.

1、制板的整个生产过程流程

清理模具→喷脱模剂→安装模具→浇注→整形（适当加温）→恒温蒸养→降温→开模→出模→检验→入库

2、流程图详解

2.1清理模具：主要清理表面的水泥块，异物等，EPS生产线安装，使模具的表面清洁无杂物，整体平整度高，清理时要注意不留死角。

2.2喷脱膜剂：喷时要量少均匀，脱膜剂量过大影响墙板的表面质量，主要是气孔，脱膜剂干燥后容易形成污垢，要定期清除以保证产品质量。

2.3合模：板芯装完后要合模，合模一定要到位，合模后对板间距逐一测量，这是保证板厚的必要手段，购买EPS生产线，而且要保证前模正好卡在限位槽中。

2.4配料搅拌：严格按照配比工艺，各种料的误差不得超过2%，搅拌前搅拌机应先浇水湿润，搅拌稠度要适中。
